The email on your I-765 is where USCIS sends every case update. Pick what works for you:

Just mention your email address when you send us your documents. Make sure it's one you actively check. USCIS uses it for all updates and any document requests.

No problem at all. Just say "create an email for me" in your message. Once it's set up, we'll send you the email address and password directly so you can log in and check for USCIS updates yourself at any time.

🚨 If USCIS sends a Request for Evidence (RFE) to your email and it goes unanswered, your application can be denied. Check it regularly. Don't rely on us alone.
